Originally from Massachusetts, US, I have lived in 8 countries over the last 15 years. My fluent languages are English, Italian, & Spanish; now I study Norwegian & Sanskrit. While ‘home’ emanates from my inner being, I have physically settled between Norway & Italy with my husband. While I work full-time in academic research, my free time mostly consists of enjoying nature, wine, & travel.
In 2022, I was drawn to start sharing what I have learned so far by teaching asana (physical postures) based on the Ghosh lineage with influences from Ashtanga, as well as pranayama (breathing techniques) & dhyana (meditation).
My aim is to help others build the yogic tools to find ease & contentment. Yoga has touched every aspect of life from my outlook, reactions, patience, sleep, energy levels, concentration, & overall temperament. I no longer overthink or worry about things beyond my control, or replay moments over & over in my mind. My life is simpler, making me feel light, free, & content with the everyday.
